Description:
Tyler State Park is joining with state parks around the nation by offering First Day Hikes. Start your New Year off right with an invigorating hike through the Pineywoods and get reconnected with the outdoors and healthier living. For beginners, we have a 2-mile hike on our Loop A trail and for a little more challenge, we have a 5-mile hike combining Loops A and B. Hikers are encouraged to bring sturdy shoes, water, energy snacks, and a hiking stick. We will start trailblazing from the Multi-use Trailhead at 10 a.m. $5 admission to park 12 and under free.
