Speaker: Brooke Terry Program: Brooke Terry will speak on "Educational Spending and School Choice." Ms. Terry is an education researcher, analyst and speaker. She has worked for Sens. Phil Gramm and John Cornyn. She analyzed and researched education policy for the Texas Policy Foundation for three and a half years. Most recently, she was the Grassroots Coordinator for for a Texas voucher initiative and an education consultant to the Laura and John Arnold Foundation.
