LONGVIEW Jarvis Christian College will host its signature fundraising event to benefit the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), The 9th Annual Masquerade Ball, in Longview, at Longview Museum of Fine Arts. KLTV 7's morning Anchor Dia Wall is Mistress of Ceremonies and George Faber (and friends) will wow the crowd with live dance music. The United Negro College Fund provides operational support to 38 member colleges and universities across the country (including Jarvis Christian College) and gives scholarships to students to help get to college, stay in college and graduate from college! Jarvis Christian College is a 100 year old, small, four year, historically black college located in Hawkins, Texas. The College is affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)and is a member of the UNCF.
