Parent Services Center's Annual Parenting Conference, "Who's In Charge? How to Avoid Power Struggles with Children," will feature Kelly Smith, Behavior Specialist for Mesquite ISD. Ms. Kelly will present creative behavior techniques for parents, teachers, childcare providers and mental health professionals to use at home and in the classroom. Proof of attendance certificates for 6 contact hours will be given and CEU's are available.
